When it comes to building muscle, getting bigger , and getting stronger dirty bulking is the answer to your woes of being small, weak, getting those gains you desire.
In order to get the results you need to gain to 20lbs – 50lbs of fat(9kg – 23kg) and if you don’t do this you might as well just roll over and die.
Just give up on your dreams of becoming bigger and stronger.
