The best time to start working out is today, not tomorrow, not in a week, a month and definitely not in a year. If your serious about wanting to get that body you want, or be fitter than what you are now.
Time stops for nobody, the longer you wait the harder it’s going to be in my opinion.
You don’t have to lift weights, do bodybuilding, do bodyweight exercises, do sprints and so forth to start exercising.
It can be something super simple as just walking, some frisbee, some basketball, some soccer pretty much that you’re going to enjoy.
You don’t have to be a fitness nutrition enthusiast (like me) to start losing weight, building muscle etc.
Just do something that you enjoy and that gets your body moving. That is what exercise is in a universal perspective is moving your body in any form or fashion that gets it expending energy that will strengthen the body in some way.
Our bodies aren’t mean to sit for long periods of time, to be weak, to be flabby ,or having our necks bent over looking at a cell phone for hours.
The human body is meant to move period, so getting moving today doing something. I don’t care what you do, just make sure you enjoy it and your body will thank you and reward you for taking care of it.
