I shot a video over a Cellucor ZMA product, which is now discontinued, unfortunately. I really liked the stuff because it worked. Fortunately, I take another brand that works well and other things you can take too without buying ZMA(I’ll be doing an article how to get the effects soon).
So I’m going to share my thoughts on what ZMA is, what to expect, and why you should buy ZMA if you have enough money coming in to where it’s not going to hurt your pockets.

From my personal experience and other people’s experience after taking from 1st time to 30 days plus. If you take it with the right dosage, the right time before going to sleep. Zinc, is an essential mastermind mineral. It’s one of the 24th essential minerals need for human survival. It has functions in over a hundred enzymes. It’s a necessity for keeping our bodies healthy, but we are focusing on it’s role in plays and that is it’s crucial ability for cellular repair = rebuilding stronger muscles/maintaining muscle mass.
Magnesium, is the 11th most abundant mineral in the human body that’s vital for several hundred enzymes and that control more three hundred bodily functions. It activates creatine, regulates fluid balance, gives energy to our cells, and improves sleep quality etc.
Vitamin B6, this vitamin a.k.a pyridoxine plays an important role psychological and physical functions. Such as maintaining a healthy metabolism, nerve function, liver function, skin health, eye health, and increasing energy levels. Larentay Will It Work For Me?
That’s another question, so I’m going to reassure with the best answer. If you have optimal levels of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 coursing through your body on a daily basis. It’s not going to make a significant difference in increasing testosterone levels and dihydrotestosterone. However, it’s going to improve the quality of your sleep to where you feel well rested.
But again, that’s highly unlikely for the vast majority of people due to a lot of vitamins and minerals being destroyed since most foods are processed. Also, keep this mind when you sweat your zinc and magnesium from your body it evaporates. Our bodies don’t hold zinc and magnesium, so it has to be replenished.
Again, you don’t need this supplement to get stronger, get fitter, healthier etc. Nonetheless, if you have the spare dough and want to optimize physical and mental performance then make buy it.
